Newfields Harvest Nights
Situation
When the air gets crisp, the calendar fills up.
Pumpkin patches. Spooky vibes. Spiked drinks around a campfire. Harvest Nights at Newfields is the epitome of fall fun. The only problem? It was competing against every other fall event—think hayrides, apple picking, haunted houses, and fall sports—for a spot on people’s calendars.
To complicate things, this was Newfields’ third year of hosting Harvest Nights. The event was no longer shiny and new, but it also wasn’t an ingrained tradition. So when Newfields asked us to help them sell 77,000 tickets without increasing ad spend, we had our work cut out for us.

Approach
We put every last dollar to work.
Ad budgets were flat from the previous year. Since we couldn’t spend more, we had to do more with the spend we had. We targeted the most likely attendees with billboards in prime zip codes, plus YouTube preroll and streaming audio ads paired with relevant content. Finally, programmatic ads, meta ads and a TikTok coupon helped drive ticket purchases.
Results
The biggest, autumn-iest Harvest Nights yet.
We didn’t just meet their goal. We beat it, selling over 88,000 tickets and hitting their highest attendance numbers ever. The display ads and Meta campaigns had a return on ad spend over $10.
And our negotiating skills came in clutch, helping us get our client $10,000 in bonus inventory on TikTok and generate an extra 16k clicks.
